How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We dispatch orders within 4-5 business days. Alteration pieces may take up to 7 business days to be delivered. During peak periods, deliveries may take up to 1-2 weeks due to the high volume of orders.
Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver within the GCC countries only (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman)
Is there a shipping charge?
Yes, there is a standard shipping rate of AED 22 for UAE, and AED 100 for the remaining GCC countries.
Sizing
How do I know which size to take?
Each product page has a size chart (INCHES/CM). If you have any specific questions please feel to contact us on WhatsApp.
Do you take alteration requests?
Yes, we do alterations for an additional cost of AED 80. Each product has its own allowance in terms of which elements can be altered (included in the description of each product). You may get in touch with us on WhatsApp for any queries regarding the same.
Care
How do I care for my items?
All items are to be hand washed or dry cleaned only. Please refer to the Care Guide provided for each item before cleaning them. Every item is to be steamed or ironed at low temperatures. It is important to follow these care instructions to maintain the quality and longevity of the garment. Washing or cleaning a garment contrary to its care instructions can lead to damage, shrinking, or other issues that RAF will not be held accountable for.
