Shipping Policy

We dispatch orders within 4-5 business days. For alteration pieces, the delivery time may increase up to 7 business days. During peak periods, deliveries may take up to 1-2 weeks due to the high volume of orders. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. To avoid any delay in deliveries, please provide your full address along with your contact details (contact number, email address).

There is a standard shipping rate of AED 80 which is applicable when you click checkout and confirm your order.

Please note that as of now, we are shipping within UAE only. Hence, this Shipping Policy only applies to consumers in the UAE.
